Undead Stygian Dolls
Undead Stygian Dolls and the other exploding undead dolls (Undead Rat Men, Undead Fetishes, Undead Flayers and Undead Soul Killers) no longer blow up the moment they die: the blast goes off 1 second later and hits everything within 4 tiles, so you can step away. The blast itself has no visible explosion yet: watch for the doll's death.

This comes from the Doll Explosion plugin by RuffnecKk, which Project Lage installs for you. Right after a Diablo II: Resurrected patch it can switch itself off until it is updated; dolls then don't explode at all for that time.
